Working with Data Analytics to Inform Company Strategy
A portion of my coursework involved demonstrating the impact of using data, analytics and insights against business goals and objectives. I researched and evaluated the current methods of various organizations, and proposed data-driven strategies to support effective brand performance.
The Odd Bunch data management project was a group project, and my primary contributions included assessing the data management types, performing sentiment analysis, and developing the SEO, keywords, and sentiment alignment strategy. As well as a presentation, we created a detailed Professional Plan document.

Developing a Social Media Campaign
As a group project, I collaborated on a hypothetical social media campaign called #UberMovesMe. This campaign consisted of content that documents real-life stories of Uber journeys, that bring people to occasions such as weddings, first job interviews, and getting to airports. My part in this project included mapping timelines, establishing objectives and KPIs, detailing campaign strategies and tactics, and creating owned and shared content. Together, we created a detailed report and presentation.

Developing a User-Centered Design for an Interactive App
BLOOM is an app I designed as part of my coursework. The project began with concept development and extensive user research to identify and understand the target audience. Throughout the prototyping phase, it became clear that ongoing ideation, creativity, and iterative refinement are essential to creating a compelling and effective app design.

I created the foundational strategy for Storypath, a consulting business that helps small businesses understand why specific social media strategies work best for them. Ultimately, this service aims to enable the creation of more engaging, intentional content that delivers measurable results.

Strategic Website Development for a Small Business Concept
Déja Brew is an invented client for a project in the Professional Web Building course. This small business desired a stronger digital presence in order to grow sales as a new, community-focused cafe. Acting as a website developer, I laid out the client objectives in detail, and proceeded to create a fully functional website.
